Our Services

We operate private and walk-on Chesapeake Bay fishing charters, bay cruises, and related experiences departing from Queen Anne Marina, 412 Congressional Dr, Stevensville, MD 21666. Trip details, pricing, capacity, and seasonal availability are described on our booking and charter information pages and may change.

Bookings, Deposits & Payments

Bookings can be requested and paid online through this website. Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe and Intuit QuickBooks). Deposits, balances, gratuities, cancellations, weather policies, and refunds are presented during booking and on our charter information pages. Please review those details before you book.

We make reasonable efforts to keep availability, pricing, and trip information accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free and we may correct errors and update information at any time.

Weather & Captain's Discretion

Trips operate subject to weather, water conditions, and safety. The captain has final authority over whether and when a trip runs. If we cancel for weather or safety, we will work with you to reschedule or address your deposit consistent with the policies presented at booking.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in, we may send you text messages related to your booking and, if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full messaging terms are in our SMS Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the website only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or other users' data.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed to view the site normally.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Fishing and on-water activities carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Voyages LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The dispute-resolution, arbitration, and jury-waiver provisions described in our Privacy Policy also apply to these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
